Client Informed Consent & Policy Agreement

1. Treatment Overview

I understand that professional sunless Brazilian tanning involves topical cosmetic mist application formulated with natural DHA and botanicals to bronze the outermost layers of the epidermis.

2. Skin & Health Condition

I confirm that I do not have active sunburns, open cuts, severe cosmetic allergies, or contagious dermatological conditions. If pregnant or nursing, I have consulted with my personal physician prior to receiving this treatment.

3. Care & Development Time

I have been advised that initial color develops over 4 to 8 hours (or 2 to 4 hours for rapid formulas). I agree to avoid showering, heavy workouts, sweating, and exposure to water during the designated development window.

4. Cancellation & Membership Terms

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to cancellation fees. Monthly memberships are personal and non-transferable.
